SAN ANTONIO - The U.S. Marshals need your help to find Pablo Torrescano and Belinda Sauceda Fernandez. Both are wanted for the alleged sexual assault of Fernandez's children.

After the alleged abuse was discovered by the eldest child, who lived with her father, they still want their identity concealed because of the heinous crimes their mother's boyfriend allegedly committed against three of them.

Torrescano has been on the run for 18 years for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, Possession of Child Porn, and Promotion of Child Pornography. Fernandez has been on the run for allegedly knowing and allowing the abuse.

"You know, I have to say, she had to be there to protect us and she didn't do that. So it's hard, not believing actually, what she allowed to happen, that shouldn't have happened," said the 4th sibling. “So I mean, it's hard, you know, like, I didn't go through it, but it did affect me, physical, you know, bc of what they went through.”

Sauceda’s three younger children were allegedly abused physically or mentally by Torrescano. The oldest child, who didn’t live with them at the time, and was living in Del Rio with her father, has for years said she has been verbally attacked by her mother’s family.

“Being abused daily, he sexually abused my sisters. I was trying to protect them but I was small. There’s only so much you can do. I wouldn’t wish it upon no one,” said one of the siblings.

“He took advantage of them being so small. Our mom allowed for this to get out of control and she let it happen,” said another sibling.

Fox San Antonio has worked over the years with law enforcement to keep both of these wanted fugitives in the public eye. They are believed to be hiding out in Piedras Negras or in Acuna and driving back and forth between the border and San Antonio.

“Somebody is helping them, I don’t know who, either family or friends," said the second sibling.
